What are your opening hours?
Open every day. Saturday to Thursday, 10 AM to 11 PM, and Friday from 2 to 10 PM. There is no closed day.
How do I book an appointment?
On WhatsApp, or by phone on 015 5800 2401 or 011 0889 0480. Booking goes straight through reception — there is no online booking system to wait on.
What happens at a first visit?
An assessment: the condition of your teeth and gums, and a straight conversation about what will and will not work in your case. The plan and the cost are explained in full before anything is done.
How long does orthodontic treatment take?
One to two and a half years on average, depending on the case. You are told the expected timeline at the first assessment, after imaging and measurements — not halfway through it.
